An elongated silvertone pendant hangs from this necklace, edged with fringe detailing and set with reconstituted turquoise stones against an antiqued, burnished finish. The effect is bold and dimensional, drawing on southwestern and desert references without looking costume-like. The necklace measures 24 inches with a 3 1/2-inch extender, and the pendant is about 5 inches long, so it holds its own over a plain top.
